Rules Update and Reminders

Just a month away from the big event…

In response to many inquiries during the past few weeks, we’ve made some clarifications and modifications to rules.

1. Traditional 54mm or 1/32 scale sculpts are accepted in Historical Single, Historical Unit, and Historical Vehicle/Mounted, as long as they fit on the appropriate sized bases for those categories.

2. The maximum base size for the Large Scale category has been increased to 300mm. This is to allow for mounted figures, monsters, vehicles, etc. which are too large in scale to be entered in Fantasy, Sci-fi, or Historical categories. As those categories permit 300mm bases for large creatures and vehicles we think it’s appropriate to allot the same dimensions to the larger scale category.

1. Please note that registration will be closing earlier this year than previously, Friday evening rather than Saturday morning. Entries can be submitted up until 5:30 p.m. Friday. We strongly encourage you to avoid the last minute crowd if at all possible.

2. Please note that all entries must be claimed before the close of the Vendor Hall at 3:00 p.m. Sunday. Again, we strongly suggest you claim your work as early as possible. You may designate a representative to pick up your entries if you will be unable to do so–please speak with Crystal Brush staff. Pickup begins at 10:00 a.m. at Vendor Hall opening.
